Two-storey single-bay C18 rear wing to left, with red and grey brick ground floor, tile-hung first floor, hipped plain-tile roof, projecting gable-end stack, 16-pane rear gable end sash, and door to left side. Shorter 2-storey rear wing towards centre, with 2-storey lean-to in same materials to its long right side; ground floor red and grey brick in English bond, first floor weatherboarded, half- hipped plain tile roof.
