House has gable end stack to left and ridge stack towards right. Small gabled dormer with finial to mill. Irregular fenestration of two 8-pane pivoting casements to mill. Three 2-light casements to house with eaves carried into gable above each. 24-pane horizontally-sliding sash with segmental head to ground floor of mill. Moulded brick architraves and segmental heads to ground-floor windows of house. Boarded door to each floor towards right end of mill. Half-glazed door between left and central windows of house.
