Lodge and gate-piers.  Mid C19.  Snecked stone.  Slate roof to lodge. Cross-plan lodge to south side of gateway to Hunton Court.  West gable end contiguous with centre of curved wall running south from gate- piers.  Lodge: single storey, on stone plinth.  Pilaster strips to corners of each gable end, those to west continuing into wall.  Roof carried on beyond eaves.  Projecting stone stacks to north-east and south- west re-entrant angles.  Regular fenestration of one tall 2-light latticed casement to each gable end, with raised tooled stone architrave, cambered head and keystone, and consoled cill.  Smaller chamfered 2- light casement to long side of each wing.  Stone porch in north-west re-entrant angle, under lean-to roof continued down from north wing, with round-arched doorway to north with plain imposts and keystones. Panelled  inner door.  Interior not inspected.  Wall: about 4'6" high on stone plinth.  Cambered ashlar coping.  2 slightly taller piers with cushioned tops, flanking gable end of lodge.  Pair of even taller gate- piers with bulbous corniced stone caps.  See also item 4/106.
