MALLING ROAD TQ 75 SW TESTON (East Side) 2/256 Barham Cottage II House. Late C18, possibly with earlier core. Chequered red and grey brick. First floor of left gable end tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Plat band. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped plain tile roof. Ridge stack slightly to right of centre. Regular 3-window front of two 3-light and central 2-light casements. Two 3-light ground- floor casements with segmental heads. Central panelled door under flat corniced hood. Short rear left return wing with rendered first floor. Red brick lean-to to rear of right gable end. Interior not inspected. Listing NGR: TQ7032353706
