Red and grey brick, laid with alternating courses of plain red stretchers, and alternate red stretchers and grey headers, forming pattern of punctuated strings of headers. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Plat band. Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Steeply pitched hipped roof. Brick stack in rear slope of roof towards centre. 3 hipped dormers. Regular 5-window front of recessed 2-light wooden casements, the 3 to centre more closely spaced. Segmental relieving arches to ground-floor windows. Broad central panelled door in a late C17 style, with short flat corniced hood on shaped brackets. Interior: only partly inspected. Heavy-scantling beams of non-domestic appearance.
