LOWER ROAD TQ 75 SW EAST FARLEIGH (North Side) 2/42 Monument about 3 metres south-east of south porch of Church of St. Mary GV II Table tomb. C18. Stone, on chamfered stone plinth, with chamfered lid and plain side panels. Inscription illegible at time of re-survey.
