Two storeys and attics brown brick. Parapet ramped up to contain an attic window. Stone coping. Half-hipped pantiled roof, behind this 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcase in moulded architrave surround with projecting cornice and door of 6 fielded panels. The top 2 panels cut away and glazed. No 45 is stuccoed building with a mid C19 3-light canted bay.
