Gabled single- storey red brick addition to left gable end of main range, and further L-plan addition with hipped plain-tile roof to left of that. Rear lean- to. Interior: some exposed framing to each floor. Chamfered axial beam to right ground-floor room. Narrow staircase between stack and former front doorway. C19 fireplace to ground floor room of wing.
