First floor taller than that of C16 block. Roof hipped to right and left leaving very short ridge. Brick stack to right end. C19 block at right-angles to road, projecting from left side of front elevation of C16 block. Ground floor rendered brick, first floor tile-hung. Roof hipped to road. Gault brick stack to right.
