Farmhouse, now house. C17, with late C18 parallel front range. Both ranges timber framed. Front elevation of front range clad with white-painted wooden blocks or lengths of thick boarding, grooved in imitation of coursed masonry. Gable ends of both ranges tile-hung on first floor. Slate roof to front range, plain tile roof to rear. Rear range of approximately 4 timber-framed bays. Added front range, of similar length. Front range: 2 storeys, on painted brick plinth. Flat eaves soffits with evenly-spaced Ionic modillions. Hipped roof. Projecting red and grey brick stack in Flemish bond with tile-hung shoulders, spanning almost the whole width of left gable end. Smaller projecting red and grey brick gable end stack to right. Regular 3-window front of tripartite sashes to right and left, and central sixteen-pane sash, all with thin glazing bars, in open boxes, with reeded architraves. Two similar tripartite sashes to ground floor. Central door of six flush panels, with rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, in rectangular architrave, up two stone steps. Rear range: 2 storeys and attic, with eaves similar height to front range. Roof half-hipped to left, hipped to right. Brick ridge stack to left of centre; and slender projecting gable end stack to right. Two gabled two-light dormers to rear, and rear casements to ground and first floors. Single-storey addition to rear to right. Interior: only partly inspected. Exposed framing and inglenook fireplace to ground floor of rear range. Late C18 features to front range.
