HOLLINGBOURNE EYHORNE STREET TQ 8354 (North Side) Elm Cottage 9/134 GV II Cottage. C18 or earlier with C19 facade. Timber framed, hung with fishscale tiles. Plain tile roof. Single storey and attic on stone plinth. Right end bay projects slightly. Roof half-hipped to right. Corbelled brick stack towards left end. Gabled dormer. Irregular fenestration of 3 -leaded casements; one 3-light and one 2-lightflanking door, and one 2-light to right end bay. Boarded door beneath stack. C19 brick lean-to to left. Clasped purlin roof with diminishing principal rafters visible in left gable end. Interior not inspected. Listing NGR: TQ8323154658
