2. Named from the Tancrey family who once had a house on the site. L-shaped building, the south wing of early C17 origins, timber-framed but restored and refaced with roughcast on the ground floor and tile hung above. The first floor oversails, dragon beam. Tiled roof with tall grouped brick stacks. Two storeys. Three casement windows. The east wing is circa 1739 in brick, with 3 dormers in a tiled half-hipped roof. Three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, with two bows to the the ground floor. Pedimented doorway.
