In the entry for the following building:- TR 1358 HARBLEDOWN CHURCH HILL (north side) 31/362 Church Hill House - II the description shall be amended to read:- House. Built in 1840 in Regency style, with service wing added to west c1860 and attic enlarged in late C19. Stuccoed with hipped tiled roof Two storeys and attics; 2 windows to main part. Principal (north) front has 12-pane sashes in reveals to first floor and tripartite projecting window to ground floor left. Ground floor right has doorcase with cornice and console brackets, rectangular fanlight and 6 fielded panelled door. Blank rectangular panels above first floor windows. Stringcourse. Late Cl9 large double dormer. Section of curved wall attached to right with tooled stone coping. East side has 2 tall chimneystacks and blank windows. South side has 12-pane sashes but ground floor right has canted bay. Round-headed staircase window on west side partially obscured by c1860 one storey service wing with French window. West elevation of service wing has large C20 window. Interior has hall with stone floor with 'dots' and original well staircase with 2 slender balusters to each tread and mahogany handrail. Drawing Room has c1860 fireplace with pilasters and paterae. Other fireplaces are also ofc1860. Some original York stone floors, tiled floor and early C20 servants bells. Principal (north) front has 12-pane sashes in reveals to first floor and tripartite projecting window to ground floor left. Ground floor right has doorcase with cornice and console brackets, rectangular fanlight and 6 fielded panelled door. Blank rectangular panels above first floor windows. Stringcourse.
