TQ 57 SE SWANSCOMBE AND GPEENHITHE A2 4/10001 Swanscombe Cutting Footbridge crossing A2 east of A296 junction II Footbridge over trunk road. 1964. Kent County Council, J.S. Bergg, County Bridge Engineer. Prestressed concrete. Post-tensioned arch. First of several similar bridges built in Kent. An elegant example of an arch over dual carriageway.
