Footbridge over trunk road. 1964. Kent County Council, J.S. Bergg, County Bridge Engineer. Prestressed concrete. Post-tensioned arch. First of several similar bridges built in Kent. An elegant example of an arch over dual carriageway. Crosses cutting at top of hill and closes notch in skyline.
