2. This was originally a coaching-house on the road from Herne Bay to Dover. It was built by Edward Epps about 1830.  Two parallel ranges.  Two storeys brown brick.  Parapet.  Two sashes with glazing bars intact and 2 blanks. At the west end of the front is a stuccoed porch, now glazed. The doorcase has a shell decorated blank fanlight.
