Monument record TR 34 SW 1832 - Timber piles (R2) possibly part of Dover's post medieval harbour wall

Summary

During observations made by Archaeology South East for shoring the deep navigation cut being built to link the Wellington Dock section of Dover Harbour to the existing outer harbour, a North-South line of medium sized oak piles were uncovered. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
