Summary
A Silver spoon was uncovered during the restoration of the Medieval gatehouse of St. Martins Priory, Dover, in 1892. The date of the spoon is unknown but it is described as 'Ancient' in the Dover Museum's collection books (the spoon is still in Dover Museum) suggesting either a Roman or early Medieval date. (location accurate to the nearest 10m based on available information)
