Full Description
‘Camden House was constructed over two, possibly three periods and has been heavily adapted over time with significant works to the elevation in an effort to regularise and strengthen its appearance and possibly in an effort to match the importance of its corner location.
The building has had extensive alterations to keep it in some form of commercial use over the years. It is not a quality building especially given its location on a key nodal junction of the town centre.'
Camden House was constructed in the late 19th century comprising retail space on the ground floor with residential accommodation above. The building is not listed and consent has been granted for its demolition.
