Full Description
(TR157400) An IA coin c 100-90 BC of the Trinovantes tribe, ref MISC-IA-4, was found by metal detection in April 1991 near Lyminge. It is made of cast bronze potin, measures 15.25-16 mm and weighs 2.50 gm. The obverse side depicts a head of Apollo left and the reverse, a bull charging reight. VA 1410-1. Type Trinovantian A. (1)
