Monument record TQ 77 SW 1087 - Ring-ditch identified in 2009-2012 aerial photograph survey
Summary
The indistinct cropmarks of a possible Bronze Age ring ditch can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1950. It is situated to the west of Little Hermitage. The cropmark of the ring ditch is disturbed by cropmarks caused by the underlying geology. This site is now partially beneath the road corridor of the A289. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
