`...The PETREL, a brigantine, reported from Ramsgate late on Friday that whilst on passage from Newcastle to Martinique with coal put into Ramsgate having been in collision with the brig COLIN CAMPBELL which sank off the North Sand Head its six crew being saved and landed.
