Summary

A number of underground galleries are present within the inner North west Bastion of the Citade, these independent shafts and galleries provided access to several groups of casemated gunrooms that defended the ditches of the bastion, and are likely contemporart with the casemates (ealy 19th century in date). (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
