Monument record TR 34 SW 2048 - Former site of the Dining room at the Western Outworks of the Citadel, Western Heights, Dover.
Summary
In 1922 a plan was proposed for a Dining Room to accommodate 312 men at tables of sixteen or eight, and a Wash-up. The building consisted of a main range forming the Dining Hall, with a narrower range at the east end containing a Lobby, connected by a covered way to a doorway inserted in the east wall of the Cook House. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
