Summary
During an archaeological excavation undertaken by Canterbury Archaeological Trust in the St James area of Dover, a late 18th- early 19th century cellar was uncovered. This would have fronted the north eastern side of the former road Arthurs Place, and was likely demolished as part of the post war redevelopment of the town.
