Full Description
Ex: LADY EVELYN. Was aquired by her last owners in 1922, who employed her as a passenger outing vessel along the south coast until October 1939 when she was hired as a mine sweeper. She was engaged in the withdrawal of troops from the Dunkirk beach head, when she collided with submerged wreckage just off the N Sand Head where she sank, subsequently breaking in two. The second part of her hull lies in 51.18.10N, 01.30.26E.
