Summary
1894 wreck of English schooner which stranded on Sandwich Flats in bad weather, en route from Bridport for London with grit. The hull and cargo were sold at auction for the low price of 24 shillings, forming a news item in the Times. Constructed of wood in 1819, she was a sailing vessel.
