Reeve was a British Merchantman, Master: Belton Crew Lost: 0 Passengers: 0 Date of Loss Qualifier: R Additional sources cited in United Kingdom Shipwreck Index. Lloyds List No.2928, 03.02.1764 (1)

Lloyd's list (No. 2928 3rd of February 1764) notes that: 'The Reeve (sailed by Belton) from London to Bristol with a cargo of Grocery, is ashore in Dover bay and will be lost. The cargo is like(ly) to be saved but all wet and the sugars much washed. The crew are also all saved.' (2)
