A windmill of 1596. Photograph of the Old Mill at Northbourne. A smock mill for cereal milling.An extract from a publication called 'Milling' published on 16th February 1957 reports that the Northbourne Mill is to be demolished and notes that it has been disused for almost quarter of a century. It was owned by Lord Northbourne. (1)
