Full Description

Same build 3-4, both mid – late C20th building inserted between two earlier buildings. Modern commercial use of ground floor, with glazed frontage, 3 and 4 separated by plaster pilasters, plaster string course above ground floor. 1st floor domestic with slightly recessed three double door on each side, floor to ceiling height with a iron balconette. Simple plaster pilasters between all windows. 2nd floor windows align with lower floor. Parapet over second floor at roof level. First floor access to the rear (east) of the building up a set of iron/steel stairs to a small balcony. Exposed buff coloured brick in stretcher bond. Two central doorways with window either side, three windows on 2nd floor align with lower floor windows and door, modern plastic guttering. (1)
