Full Description

Mid C20th building, in the same style and possibly the same build as it north eastern neighbour. The ground floor has a modern commercial use as a hairdressers. It is rendered and painted a beige colour. There is a modern door on the south western side of the façade and a large modern window occupying the central and north eastern side. A large modern fascia containing the commercial signage stretches across the width of the façade. The first floor is pebble dashed and painted brown. There is a single modern window, with a plastic frame, located just off centre. The base of the window rests directly upon the fascia over the ground floor and the eaves for the roof are directly above the top of the window. A gutter is attached to the base of the roof with down pipes over both the party walls. There is a metal bracket, presumably for a flag pole, located at the first floor level, directly over the door and there is a sign advertising the commercial use of the property projecting over the north eastern party wall. Overall the structure is in a good condition.

All windows are modern brown PVC replacements.

The base of the roof structure rests directly over the first floor window. It is a steeply pitched gable with the gable ends over both of the party walls. It is the same roof structure as No. 12 on its north eastern side. It is tiled, and the tiles appear to be in a good condition. There is no bowing to the roof structure. (1)
