Part of a small crescent with its own road, separate, though adjoining, High Street. There is a small communal and walled grassed area set above the road level in front of the crescent. Group value 2-12 and all part of the same listing.

Forms part of an early C19 crescent, all in stuccoed brick with 3 storeys and basement. The ground floor is raised slightly from the street level and the door is located on the northern side of the façade and is accessed via a set of two small steps, with a semi circular fan light above the transom over the door. There is a single window at the ground floor level, on the southern side of this door, and a further two windows, one per floor at the first and second floor levels. These are both located centrally within the façade and align across both floors. There is a string course at the base of the first floor window which stretches across the whole of the crescent and forms a continuous sill to all of the first floor windows. The rendered façade is painted cream, though the lower 1/3rd of the ground floor, as well as the door surround, window sills and string course are all painted black. There are some small cracks to the render, located mainly in the upper part of the building. There is a parapet over the second floor with stone coping. Some wiring is attached to the façade at various locations, though this is mainly grouped tidily over the string course at the base of the first floor. Overall the building appears to be structurally sound and in a good condition.

The door, which is raised up slightly from the street level and located on the northern side of the façade, is likely original and in timber painted blue. There is a semi-circular fanlight above the transom over the door, this is likely a later replacement and consists of a single pane with a timber frame. There is a single window per floor at the ground, first and second floor levels. All are original timber sashes divided into multiple panes by timber glazing bars. The first floor window is slightly taller then the ground and second floor windows. All are four panes wide, the first floor is five high while the ground and second floor are four high. All timber frames are painted white and are in a good condition. (1)
