Full Description

The ground floor has been heavily inserted for a modern commercial use with the commercial fascia running across the whole of the ground floor. There are two doors, both are set within a recessed porch area on the north western side of the façade. One is located immediately abutting the north western party wall, this provides access to the upper floors, while the other is located within the return towards the first door and provides access to the commercial ground floor. Both have rectangular windows above the transoms over the doors and there is a large window on the southern side of these doors. The upper floors are in a mix of exposed brick and render. There is a single window located centrally on both floors; the first floor window is large with an arched top, this occupies most of the first floor façade. The second floor window is smaller and rectangular. The area between the two windows is rendered and painted cream while the areas over both the party walls are in an exposed brick. There is a brick string course in the render above the first floor window, this mirrors the arch of the upper part of the window. A few modern features are attached to the façade including a satellite dish and a flag pole. There is a modern plastic gutter at the eaves level this is shared with its south eastern neighbour (No. 12). The party wall visible over the north western neighbour, which is not as tall, it is rendered and un-painted. Overall the building is in a good condition and appears to be structurally sound.

The ground floor doors are in timber painted pale green, both are modern and that giving access to the commercial ground floor has a large single glazed panel. Both doors have rectangular windows over the transoms over the doors. There is a large window on the northern side of the doors, this is divided into four panes, the horizontal divide aligns with the top of the doors. The frames to all of the ground floor openings are in timber painted white. The first floor window is large with a timber frame divided into two panes and has an arched top. There are some chips to the paintwork on this timber frame. The second floor window is smaller and rectangular with a plastic frame. All windows and doors are in a good condition.

The roof is gabled, with the gable ends over the north western and south eastern party walls. The roof is in slate with all slates in a good condition. (1)
