Summary
Site of National School (Boys and Girls) (endowed), Brook Street. The original school was established in a private house around 1780, becoming the National School about 1785 when the two room school was built. As the population expanded, a larger school was built in c. 1880 on the adjacent land. This building was demolishe around 1960.
