Forms the north western end of a late C19th/early C20th terrace on the north eastern side of London Road. Small single storey building which was possibly originally three storeys like the other buildings within this terrace, though this is not clear. It is in a rendered brick with a few surviving original shop front details including the console over the party walls and the projecting cornice over the fascia. There is a single door located on the north western side of the façade, set within a recessed porch area. There are two small modern windows on the south eastern side of this door. A large modern fascia runs across the top of the façade, beneath the original cornice, this is blank. The northern (side) elevation is visible, this is also rendered and there is an original cornice running across near the top. Overall, despite being much altered, the building appears to be structurally sound and in a good condition.

There is a single modern plastic door on the northern side of the façade and two small modern windows on the south eastern side of this door, all are in a good condition.

The roof was not clearly seen from the road but appears to be flat. (1)
