Full Description
The former National School for boys and girls in Chipstead is shown on the 1862-75 map. The school the moved to a new site further up the High Street, as shown on the 1897-1900, 1907-23 1929-52 and current O/S maps. It is now Chipstead C of E Primary School. The former school building was used as a Laundry, as shown on the 1907-23 map. It was then demolished and private residences built on the site, as shown on the 1929-52 and current O/S maps.
