Full Description
The former British School for boys in Wheeler Street was opened in 1823 bty the British & Foreign Schools Society. It is shown on the 1862 -75 map and continued to be used as a school, as shown on the 1897-1900, 1907-23 and 1929-52 maps. It is now a Children's Nursery, as shown on the current O/S map.
