Full Description
A wide frontage detached house, built in 1924, in red brick below a steeply pitched plain tiled roof with a low eaves. First floor is constructed with accommodation "within the roof" with hipped dormers with hung tile cheeks. Two outer dormers are slightly larger than the central one and may be later additions. The front door/main entrance to the house is set within an attractive brick gabled bay with corbelled eaves and features red brick and flint "diaper work" within the peak to the gable above the first floor window. The front door features a plaster/rendered architrave surround with plaster work above the door. This is partially obscured by the entrance porch suggesting the latter feature may be a later addition. The building has casement windows with leaded lights, which appear to be replacement windows.
