Full Description
A large two-storey building, with additional accommodation and dormer windows in the hipped slate roof, built of ragstone with yellow brick quoins and surrounds to windows. The main entrance has a brick and stone gabled porch with semi-circular arch with crest. A mix of timber sash and casement windows, with PVC windows in the dormers. The building is now in residential multi-occupation. Probably originally two cottages, it was rebuilt around 1800 with additions in the 19th century notably the porch with crest in the 1870s. The east wing was altered in 1902 hence its asymmetrical appearance. (1)
