Summary
Tramways are visisble on historic OS maps of the area from the end of the 19th century onwards. These appear to connect the quarrys, cement works and brickworks which were located on the northern and north eastern sides of High Street with a wharf on the southern banks of the River Thames. (location accurate to the nearest 10m based on available information)
