Summary

This concrete holdfast (designed to secure a piece of equipment, usually a gun) is about 0.6 m x 0.6 m square and stands on a 4 m square platform (about 30 cm thick). It is located in the edge of a strip of woodland at TR 25711 46900 between Halfway Street and Upton Wood, near a footpath leading to Lyddenhill Wood.
