Monument record TQ 75 NW 322 - Earthwork, suggested as medieval pond bay
Summary
Survey work and archaeological investigation has identified a large earthwork running WNW-ESE which has been suggested as representing a medieval pond bay. Thre archaeological work suggested that although part of the earthwork might be medieval in date, much of its size was the result of sewerage works and the upcast.
