Full Description
This former coach house was constructed between 1873 and 1895 to the south west of Scarletts farmhouse and on the opposite side of the road. It is a rectangular single storey four bay brick
building with 'first floor storage and brick flanking walls, timber gables and a timber pitched roof clad with Kent peg tiles and crowned by an impressive timber built louvered turret and weathervane'. The east elevation houses the main timber double door giving access to the building. It was unoccupied and derelict in 2020 when a historic building survey was conducted prior to planned redevelopment. (1)
