Summary
The Lodge and Kingfisher Building are two surviving late 19th/early 20th century buildings on the site of the former Metropolitan Convalescent Institution (Children’s Branch), which was established in the late 19th century. A historic building survey was conducted in 2019 prior to redevelopment of the site.
