Full Description
An undated quarry cut, probably for chalk extraction,was identified during a watching brief in 2019. The feature was very large, measuring at least 6.7m wide and more than 13m in length. The consistent soil fill produced no finds or other dating evidence to suggest a date for the feature. (1)
