Summary
Posible Anglo Saxon burials found in the field next to the Bishop's Palace in c. 1864. Two graves where recorded with swords, beads, pots and coins being found. The original records have been lost and the exact location is unknown.
The probable site lies on a south facing slope. Approx. OD 100m.
