Full Description
Archaeological evaluation carried out in 1999 found medieval finds. (1)
One possible medieval feature was identified at the site; this comprised a possible cut, oval in form and 1.7+m across. The fill of the feature comprised charcoal, pottery, animal bone, and shell. The feature has been dated as possibly medieval due to the presence of 11th-12th century pottery in its fill, however, this may be residual(2).
