Full Description
2 Anglo-saxon graves were found during the digging of WW2 slit trenches. One of the inhumation burials had flint boulders under and around the head. The site was identied by Perkins as being just off St Lawrence High Street, opposite Ellington Place.
The site lies at the top of a hill, approx OD40m.
