Full Description
Former Chafford Paper Mills, Penshurst as shown on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Edition O/S maps. There was a wheat mill and a malt mill on the site in 1700. By 1750 there was also a paper mill. The site was finally sold by Auction in 1914. The 4thEdition O/S map just shows the main house, Chafford House. The is now a commercial concern(Wedding venue).
