Full Description

Late Pleistocene mammal remains from Last Glacial terrace gravels at Redlands Quarry, Sevenoaks; recorded not-in-situ from conveyor belt to washing plant in the late 1970s. The faunal remains include a wide range of mammals (notably woolly mammoth and woolly rhinoceros) from the later part of the last Ice Age, as well as its very end and the early Holocene. (1)
