Horton Kirby, Speed Gate: surface finds of two Palaeolithic handaxes and other worked flints (including rough-outs and waste flakes) from general area, held in collections of various museums (British Museum, Dartford Museum and London Institute of Archaeology) recorded by Roe in the 1960s. (1) TQ 578658 Findspot of two Lower Palaeolithic handaxes, one roughout and two flakes in Clay-with-flints geology. (2)
